As of May of 2024 the University of Virginia in collaboration with the Center for Digital Editing has received an award from the NHPRC of $125,000 to continue the support of the project to edit and publish the “Papers of James Madison” https://pjm.as.virginia.edu/ . This project is maintained and supported by the Center for Digital Editing team and collaborators at the University of Virginia.
